Re Creo is the vision of her best friend of almost 20 years, chef JeanValcarcel, Erica feels thrilled to be a part of it. She is bringing the wine element to the club and helping create memorable experiences for Re Creo guests. The goal is to constantly be discovering and trying new things. Erica has worked in several specialty wine, beer and food shops and fine dining establishments as a wine steward, and server around the Northwest. Erica also has experience as a caterer and cook. Erica is passionate about using organic, local and seasonal product whenever possible. She loves exploring all the various cuisines around the globe.
Outside of the food world, Erica is a professional actor, model, voice over artist and freelance writer. She has worked in several theaters in Seattle, Washington and has a Bachelor of Fine Arts with emphasis on Theatre from Cornish College of the Arts.
